I'm Jenn, a Clinical Integrative Hypnotherapist based in Lancing, West Sussex, offering one-to-one sessions remotely and in-person.

Life brings all kinds of disruption; a life change, a loss, a diagnosis, a redundancy, a relationship ending, or simply a rut you can't quite explain. Whatever's brought you here, my work is built around one core idea: reconnecting you with yourself. Not fixing you, not telling you who to be but helping you come home to the person underneath the roles, the masks, and the patterns that built up along the way.

At the heart of this is Inner Child work. Understanding where old patterns started, so you can finally change them, not just manage them. I draw on hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT, NLP, CBT and Positive Psychology, tailored to what's brought you here specifically.

Take back your sense of yourself. Learn to trust your own decisions again. Find the answers that were in you all along.

I offer in-person sessions at a range of locations within Sussex. Offering a neutral, safe and fully supportive space.

I also offer home visits by arrangement and additional costs may be incurred.

Online Therapy

I provide a an online service enabling you to stay within the comfort of your own home. The set up can be discussed at your FREE CONSULTATION to ensure the environment will be suitable for your needs. I work with clients in the UK and internationally and am fully insured within the UK law and regulations.
